1. Provider and agreement
These terms govern use of Vibe Factory provided by NETZEN, operating under the Xexo brand. Contact: hello@xexo.io. By using the service after being given these terms, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the workspace or connect accounts.
A separately agreed service contract, order, or data-processing agreement takes precedence for the subjects it covers. These terms do not change an open-source licence applicable to any separately licensed software. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. What the service does
Vibe Factory helps authorised business users manage software projects, AI-assisted development tasks, source repositories, previews, checks, and delivery workflows. Optional integrations can configure Google Analytics resources, register websites in Search Console, and verify domain ownership. Availability, features, access, support, and any fees depend on the arrangement agreed with NETZEN or your organisation. This public information page does not itself create a paid subscription or an uptime commitment.
3. Authorised access and acceptable use
You must be an adult and an authorised user of the workspace. Protect your accounts, credentials, servers, and backups; grant only appropriate access; and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
- Use only code, content, domains, repositories, cloud resources, and third-party accounts you are entitled to access and manage.
- Comply with applicable law, privacy obligations, intellectual-property rights, and the terms of connected providers.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance, or attempts to bypass security or access another user’s resources.
- Provide a lawful basis and necessary notices for personal information you submit or collect through software you build.
4. Google and other connected services
When you connect a provider and initiate a workflow, you authorise Vibe Factory to use the approved permissions to perform that workflow. Google setup can create Analytics properties and web streams, add Search Console sites, and request domain verification. A configured DNS integration can publish a verification TXT record. Review the selected account, domain, permissions, and action before proceeding.
You remain responsible for the accounts and resources you control, applicable provider charges, and permissions you grant. A connected provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its service. Vibe Factory is independent of Google and is not endorsed by Google.
You may disconnect an integration and revoke its provider-side authorisation. Disconnection does not reverse completed changes or delete resources at the provider. Google data handling and stored-data deletion are described in the Vibe Factory privacy policy.
5. Your content and AI-assisted work
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You grant NETZEN the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and support the service under your instructions and the applicable agreement. Third-party and open-source material remains subject to its own licences.
AI-generated code and other outputs may contain errors, security weaknesses, inaccurate information, or material subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use or publish outputs. AI-assisted tasks may send the selected project content to configured providers as described in the privacy policy and your service arrangement.
6. Publishing and operational responsibility
Code review, repository merging, production deployment, and DNS changes are distinct operations. Configure the workspace’s permissions and approval rules for your organisation. Authorising a workflow permits the actions described by that workflow; you are responsible for selecting the intended project and environment and maintaining appropriate backups and rollback arrangements. Software that you publish requires its own applicable notices, terms, permissions, and operational controls.
7. Availability and limitations
We may change or maintain the service and its integrations. Third-party outages, API changes, quotas, or permission changes can affect availability. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, we provide the service on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NETZEN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional wrongdoing, or override protections and remedies that mandatory law gives you. Any separately agreed liability provisions take precedence.
8. Suspension and ending use
You can stop using Vibe Factory and disconnect accounts at any time. Contact your workspace administrator or hello@xexo.io to arrange access closure, export, or deletion under the applicable agreement. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, security threat, legal requirement, or the end of the service arrangement, giving notice where practicable. Stored information is handled as described in the privacy policy; stopping use does not automatically erase data or reverse third-party actions.
9. Changes, questions, and disputes
We publish revised terms here with an updated effective date and give additional notice of material changes where required. Changes operate prospectively and do not remove accrued rights. Contact NETZEN at hello@xexo.io to resolve questions or disputes. A separate agreement may set governing law and dispute arrangements; otherwise applicable law determines them. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
